Moms aren’t the only ones turning to the online world for advice and connection. Dads have carved out their own space too. The modern dad is figuring out parenting, work, and everything in between in ways that look different from past generations, and the internet has become a place where they share real experiences, hard-earned wisdom, and of course some dad jokes along the way.

Whether they’re diving into family life with raw honesty, sharing tips for everyday life with kids, or offering fitness and wellness advice, dads are showing up online too. And it’s in a way that’s packed with insights and humor, making the highs and lows of parenting feel a little lighter.

Below, I’m sharing some of the best dad blogs, podcasts and influencers on the internet. The ones worth flipping over to the dads in your life and even following along with yourself.

Top dad blogs, podcasts and influencers

1. If you’re looking for advice on all the things: The Every Mom: Dad’s Category

I know, I know… Recommending a mom blog first might seem a little suspicious. But hear me out. The Everymom is a go-to for me and a lot of my parenting friends and it isn’t just for moms. The Dad’s category covers everything from getting involved at your kid’s school to knowing what to expect at your partner’s first prenatal appointment.

They also share great gift guides, wardrobe essentials, and real, relatable dad stories. The kind that make you feel seen, whether you’re deep in the trenches of newborn life or finding your rhythm in the chaos of parenting older kids. Go ahead and take a scroll. Trust me, it’s a good one.

2. If you’re looking for daily parenting tips: Fatherly

When it comes to dad blogs that cover everything, family life, relationships, health, money, and even career advice, this is it. And all with a fresh, approachable tone. IMO this is one of the best fatherhood blogs if you’re looking for expert-backed advice, relatable dad stories, or just a solid laugh about the reality of fatherhood. This site will be one you’re always going to want to scroll through. I love how it offers quick, digestible tips alongside deep-dive articles on everything from sleep regressions to parenting in the digital age.

3. If you’re looking to hear honest conversations about parenting: The Dad Vibes

Sometimes, you just want to hear real conversations about parenting. The unfiltered highs, the messy middles, and the moments that make it all worth it. That’s exactly what The Dad Vibes Podcast delivers. Hosted by founder Tom Piccirilli, this podcast gets into the real, raw, and often hilarious realities of fatherhood.

Expect candid conversations about everything from newborn sleep struggles and dad guilt to figuring out work-life demands and actually making time for yourself. If you're looking for practical parenting advice or just a relatable listen on your next commute, this one’s worth a spot in your lineup.

4. If you’re looking for hands-on project ideas with your kids: @TheDadLab

If you’re the kind of dad (or know one) who loves getting hands-on with the kids (think fun science experiments, easy crafts, and creative learning activities) then this account is a must-follow.

Sergei Urban runs the account and has earned over a million followers for good reason. His posts include engaging, screen-free activities that make learning feel like play. From simple physics experiments (yes, you read that correctly) using household items to DIY art projects, his content is designed to spark curiosity and encourage quality time together.

5. If you’re looking for relatable content with a bit of humor: @FatherofDaughters

Parenting is chaotic, messy, fun, silly (all the things, really). And this IG account captures that. Simon Hooper, a dad of four girls, keeps it real with unfiltered glimpses into parenting, from the daily joys to the absolute mayhem.

His content is the perfect mix of laughable parenting moments and heartfelt reflections on fatherhood. If you love a good dad joke, appreciate the reality of wrangling little ones, or just want to see a dad who fully embraces the girl-dad life, this account is a solid follow.

6. If you’re looking for style advice: He Spoke Style

This one isn’t technically a dad blog. But if you (or the dad in your life) want effortless style inspiration, He Spoke Style is the go-to. Created by Brian Sacawa, this site is packed with expert advice on menswear, grooming, and elevating everyday style. From wardrobe essentials to how to actually wear a blazer without looking too formal, the content is polished, approachable, and incredibly useful. If it’s a closet update that’s needed or just a little inspo beyond the usual sneakers-and-hoodie combo, this is a great resource.

7. If you’re looking for fitness inspiration: Breaking Muscle

This site is all about helping men over 40 stay strong, fit, and healthy without spending hours in the gym or following extreme diets. The focus? Practical workouts, nutrition tips, and mindset shifts that fit into real-life schedules. Building muscle, losing weight, and boosting your energy levels to keep up with the kids are all covered here.

top dad blogs, podcasts, and influencers

Dad content might not be as widespread as mom content, but trust me, it’s out there, and it’s only going to continue to grow. These bloggers, influencers, and podcasters are bringing fresh takes, solid advice, and plenty of laughs to the everyday chaos of fatherhood. Some are experts, some are just figuring it out as they go (like the rest of us), but all of them make dad life a little more relatable.

What’s especially encouraging is how modern parenting has shifted the script on gender roles and parenthood. Families today are balancing more responsibilities together. That’s why it’s so great to see more dads stepping into the world of fatherhood with purpose, looking for insights and tips on how to make it all work.

If you’re looking for more recs, I’ve also rounded up the best podcasts for moms and the top mom influencers to follow, since we all need a good mix of wisdom, entertainment, and the occasional “okay, so it’s not just me” moment.

And be sure to tune into my own podcast, The Toolkit Series, where I cover a wide range of topics with short episodes full of practical advice for everyday parenting life (think how to strengthen communication with your partner, working abroad with your kids, three shifts to radically improve your life).
