What’s in my diaper bag at all times for a quick exit out the door
As a new mom, you’ll quickly learn that it now takes an extra 20 minutes to get out of the house. Between squeezing time in to get yourself ready (here’s my 10 minute routine), getting baby dressed, packing baby’s diaper bag, and loading the car with a stroller, it can be an overwhelming experience before you even arrive at your destination.
I like to keep my diaper bag constantly stocked, so the only thing I need to think about is packing up milk before we head out the door. Here are my diaper bag essentials for a baby 0 to 6 months old.
4x diapers (Coterie are my favorite, here’s why)
Travel wipes dispenser + wipes
Dirty diaper disposable bag

2x small toys i.e. rattle, crinkle baby book
My Favorite Diaper Bag Option
So what do I put all of this in? Well, per usual I did A TON of research when it came to my diaper bag. I wanted something that was stylish, could be “dressed up” or “dressed down” and wouldn't look ridiculous if Jason wanted to use it. It also needed to have a ton of interior pockets as well as an insulated area for bottles. I decided to look for a black vegan leather diaper bag… and there are a ton of options out there.
I think one of the most popular diaper bags you've probably seen is Freshly Picked. While it fit the requirements I had, personally, I found it a bit too wide. I also didn't love that it had a front flap (just one extra step to get the bag open).
I fell in love with the Stevie Backpack by Mina Baie, and still love it today. It fits everything I need to take with me on the go. I can even fit this full list of items plus my favorite soft structure carrier (Sakura Bloom Scout). I love that it has a front zip pocket to put Mom's stuff separately and with easy access.
